About
Herzliya.org is a guide to Herzliya, Israel, written in English for people who don't read Hebrew.
Most of what's worth knowing about this city lives in Hebrew: the municipality's notices, the Central Bureau of Statistics tables, planning decisions, the local press. We read those, check them against each other, and write it up in plain English. Neighbourhoods, beaches, getting around, the Pituach business district and the companies in it, Reichman University, the Herzliya Conference, the Crusader fortress at Apollonia, and where to stay and eat.
It's for visitors, for people moving here for a job or a posting, and for anyone in the tech and policy worlds who keeps hearing the name and wants the place behind it.
Figures that change, such as prices, opening hours, beach seasons and population counts, carry the month we checked them. Treat them as a starting point and confirm with the official source on the day.
No sponsored stays, no paid placements.
